Prize Info - March 14, 2015
The prize pool is determined by the total number of paid entries into the pool less PayPal fees (some people just don't know how to gift money). The total prize pool last year was $595 and was split as follows:
60% will go to the Grand Prize winner
22% will go to the second place winner
11% will go the third place winner
And the entry fee will be returned to the last place finisher.
The four cash prize winners will receive their winnings THE DAY AFTER the tournament ends VIA PAYPAL. Even if you pay in cash, if you win, you will be paid out via Paypal. No checks, no grace, no kidding. If your email address in the system is not your Paypal address you will need to contact me to let me know where you want the winnings mailed to.
PLEASE NOTE: We may change payment policies this year as PayPal has been cracking down on payments for March Madness pools. If so, we will switch to a different payment provider (LeagueSafe).
