Prize Info - March 22, 2014
The prize pool is determined by the total number of paid entries into the pool. The total prize pool this year is $660 and is based on the following percentages:
60% will go to the Grand Prize winner
22% will go to the second place winner
11% will go the third place winner
And the entry fee will be returned to the last place winner.
With the $660 pool, the numbers break down as follows:
$395 goes to first place
$145 goes to second place
$70 goes to third place
$20 goes to last place
That's 95% of paid entry fees returned to players this year.
The four cash prize winners will receive their winnings THE DAY AFTER the tournament ends VIA PAYPAL. Even if you pay in cash, if you win, you will be paid out via Paypal. No checks, no grace, no kidding. If your email address in the system is not your Paypal address you will need to contact me to let me know where you want the winnings mailed to.
